This month’s recipe round-up is a real crowd pleaser, due mostly in part to Nadia Lim’s  Cacao Almond Butter Fudge Recipe (!!!!). So with that in mind, I made sure that the remaining recipes were wonderfully healthy and nutrient-rich to balance everything out.

 Anna Barnett’s Cheats Gluten-Free Herb Pizza. This only takes 15 minutes to make and is alarmingly fancy.

The Wholesome Dish’s One Pot Wonder Chicken Lo Mein. One pot, one dream. That’s the quote right?

Hemsley and Hemsley’s Turmeric Cauliflower Soup. Because soup-season is right around the corner!

 Dish’s Italian Black Rice with Capsicum, Walnuts + Herbs. Arguably the healthiest Italian meal you will ever consume.

 Love and Lemon’s Lemongrass Banh Mi Spring Rolls. If you can’t be bothered pickling the vegetables the night before (because Netflix), this recipe works just as well with fresh veggies.
