My Favourite Recipes On The Internet Right Now: March ’18


As per, here is my monthly round-up of recipes I’ve stumbled across on the internet that I want to cook, have attempted to cook or think you’d love. They’re largely healthy recipes and free of gluten because that’s the way I like to eat but feel free to adjust them to cater to your can’t-believe-it’s-only-Monday mood.

Foodie Crush’s bacon, broccoli + potato frittata. One of those glorious “everything in one pan” recipes.

Foodie Crush’s maple-crusted salmon. Spicy, sweet and ready in less than ten minutes!

Foodie Crush’s almond-crusted cod with coconut rice and ginger spinach. Like fancy fish and chips but with rice? So actually not like fish and chips.

The Bojon Gourmet’s gluten-free almond crostata with ricotta and jam.  This is very hard to explain but my God just wait until you see it…

Cookie and Kate’s parmesan roasted broccoli. The most perfect side dish.


Snippy Kitchen’s gluten-free snickerdoodles. Just the cutest ever.


The New York Times’ guide to making every single kind of rice. I learnt So. Many. Things.


A Beautiful Mess’s twenty minute vegetable green curry. Beautifully uncomplicated.
