The Twenties Club’s Favourite Podcasts Right Now

These are the episodes I’ve listened to in the last month or so that I’ve loved for one reason or another. Some taught me about the human body and nutrition, others taught me about myself or compassion, and others just made a dull day a little brighter – I hope they do the same for you.

Search each of these titles in the Podcast app on your iPhone tonight! Cute! ♥

Search… TED Talks Daily, ‘The Surprisingly Charming Science Of Your Gut.’ Doctor and author Giulia Enders takes you inside the complex science behind our gut and it’s connection to our mental and physical health. I’m obsessed with gut health so loved this one.

Search… Man Repeller Monocycle, ‘Episode 59: Cut Your Mom Some Slack.’ Narrated by Man Repeller founder Leandra Medine, in this episode she thinks-out-loud about the continuously evolving and often complicated relationship we have with our mothers.

Search… Modern Love, ‘Nursing A Wound.’ Jake Gyllenhaal (aka my heart) reads an essay about a man recovering from heartbreak in a paediatrics wing. E-mosh-tional.

Search… Modern Love, ‘One Bouquet Of Fleeting Beauty.’ Kerry Bishe from “Narcos” reads an essay about one woman’s unexpected awakening – at a flower shop.

Search… The High Low, ‘A Deep Dive Into The Fall Of Hollywood’s Ultimate Sex Predator, Harvey Weinstein.’ I love these girls. Dolly Alderton and Pandora Sykes are two fabulous, fashion mavens with big brains and a lot to say. You’ve probably seen Pandora outside every single fashion week. This is an episode from their weekly pop-culture podcast but the entire series is fabulous.

Search… The Melissa Ambrosini Show, ‘Kicking Gum Disease, Glowing Skin And Sun Secrets With Nadine Artemis.’ I listen to all of Melissa’s podcasts but this one was SO FASCINATING! I learned so many cool hacks for our skin, teeth and general well-being.

Search… Bulletproof Radio, ‘Spiritual Hygiene: Upgrade Your Personal Definition of Prosperty.’ I’m a big fan of Dave Asprey and his world famous podcast channel, but some of you might find him a little too intense haha (he’s v passionate). This particular episode is less focused on physical wellbeing and more focused on spiritual wellbeing.
